Hello

In our company we use SysAid 5.1, but on computers with installed OS Vista, it's not working.


Details:

- when we deploy computers on server, there is all showing well, also for Vista comps.
Example: sloaid (alive, running Sysaid version 5.1.01)

but...when i go to Administrator interface under System/My Network Assets, the asset is not included there! tho Icon for SysAid (end user portal) appeared on desktop?!

Any suggestions? ...


By this opportunity, i'm gonna expose my second issue - translation.

I've made translation in our language (slovenian)... Then i have upload changed translated file in sysaid administrator interface. Theoreticaly that should work!?
Admin interface is in our language but ...in End user portal the language remains English!

How to proper change language for all computers (asset) in company?!
