Support Desk System Quote | Reply

Hey All
I'm trying to roll out a web based system to log, track and distribute updates on calls for customer. I need unlimited access but need to be able to edit profiles of all users...to limit the information available (ie fields etc). Has anyone any feedback on this at present.
Thanks
Saby

We use WonderDesk for our web based support system. We just recently set it up so all customers accounts are automatically ready to be used through server side authentication and it was a snap. It's going to save us a lot of time and that results in saved money on our part.

It's all in perl and very editable so you may modify it all you want or you may pay them to modify it for you.

The way we have our customers profiles set up is just so it stores their full name, email address, and website address. It's nice to have all that info on hand without having to search the customer database to find what account they are under.

I don't know all of your needs but it sounds like it would meet your requirements and then some. We also use WonderDesk's FAQ or as we call it a Knowledge Base. If a customer asks a question that isn't already in the knowledge base you can add it right through the admin menu. It's nice from that standpoint because I don't have to copy and paste everything over all the time.

Good luck on whatever you choose!
