I think Ready Desk 4 was a good application. I have downloaded version 5 Bata and installed it on my Windows 2003 Server with IIS 6 using Active Directory Integration.



The suite works for the most part. When I logged in as a user it works fine but when I login as a technician a popup box appears saying "you are already logged in" I then receive 3 pop up boxes saying "Your session has expired you must log in to continue" every time I try to log in. I open the admin page and log myself out try it again and no go.



I want to deploy this application to the users but i cannot do it because of the errors.



I have opened a ticket with them, e-mailed them, and sat waiting for a rep to use the chat feature but no one has replied or answered.



Does anyone know a solution to this problem?

Hello,

What you installed was an early build of the BETA version. If you are not familiar with the concept of BETA releases, as it pertains to the software industry, it means that it is not yet a stable release which may contain some bugs. The final release is now available to all of our existing customers, and you should have received an email about it. Please download and install the new build to see if your issues have been resolved.
