Anyone have any experience with Frontrange ITSM? Frontrange is also the maker of Heat but ITSM is its new ITIL product. ITSM looks very cool and has a voice piece that customers can call into to open a ticket, hear outages, etc. and it will call them back when their issue is resolved. Looks to handle ticketing and outages pretty nicely. Looking for any information..thanks!
