I am trying to get some information from ReadyDesk regarding purchase of their product. Their website does not list a telephone number (the only one I found in search has been disconnected.)

I have sent emails to their Info and Sales IDs at readydesk.com, but I have yet to hear from them. Has anyone else had a similar situation and the lack of sales and information support? Do you have to buy the product to get a phone number for support?

Any information is appreciated, as the product has good reviews otherwise.

The phone number you are referring to is an old number that was used for administrative purposes, which has not been used for at least 6 years. We have been trying for years (unsucessfully) to get that number removed to avoaid confusion, but the owners of those sites have been unresponsive.

We do not currently have phone support, in an effort to keep our overhead as low as possible, so we can continue to offer our software at such a low price and continue to add great new features. We will ckeck our email queue and make sure we provide a response as soon as possible.

Please note, we do not actively use this forum, and it is not meant to be used as a means of support, as it is not our site.

First let me say I am taking over the help desk part of the organization within my company and am looking for additional information/questions to be answered:

So we have been a customer of Ready Desk since 2005 but, due to our own internal processes we have not had the cycles to even implement the product. We are now ready to implement the product and get the latest product release along with additional features that the product offers. But, want the ability to speak with someone in the "sales" department. The service department I am seeing is not much either since the level of response time is not very adequate either. If someone could assist me in pointing me in the correct direction so that I can use this product that looks to be a very intuitive product in my organization and actual give Ready Desk additional money for the other features; this would be of great help to me. Thank you for your time on this to whom ever may help.
