ehi. a blind computing student using the jaws for windows screen reader from http://www.freedomscientific.com. and doing a it help desk course via http://www.oten.edu.au, and now i downloaded the accanocean help desk. and now get this error when i try to run the software and installed it. got windows vista hoem premium. so how to fix this to get it to work. will paste the error below. if any one has had the same problem. let me know. no good contacting support, could be wating a week for an answer. and might have to phone tomorrow, if do not hear an answer. need it for an assignment i am doing. so once hopefully i get it to run, see how accessible it is for a blind user. marvin from devonport, tasmania, australia.
