Really worth a try!
Easy to handle for customers and support-staff. Setting it up and get it live took us less than 2 hours. CPU usage is almost not measuarble, although it's perl based. Good piece of software!
Only 2 disadvantages:
- No SQL_Database on Linux
- No pop3 email boxes support (like others have) but a small (free) pop3-script solved that really fast

Hello,
we are currenlty using a CA product and looking to upgrade to something that is all web based. Paging capabilities and reporting. Maybe auto escalation of tickets reported. This appears to be a good product. Anyone know how the pricing is on this product. Per user or server? What database? Anyone else using this?
