Can anyone advise on their experience with Remedy?Which work environment is it best suited for?
and if by any luck you're also experienced with Cerberus please advise on that as well. I'm getting 2 different set of advice that they're both what I need to get for our company. We're currently handling about 200 calls a day and are expecting that number to double by the end of the year as our new products get launched. I know that this is overdue and need to act on this quickly so any advice would be appreciated.
