I run a online business now and i really need a helpful desk software now. Any one can give me some suggestions? How can I use the software ? I saw a helpdesk online, called iKode Service Desk, Does it work£¿ Here is the website http://www.service-management-software.org Maybe I can buy this one.

I am using a help desk software for my customer service now, and i think it is really good. It is called iKode Help desk software. I have more loyal customers since i used the help desk software. I would like to share my experiences with all of you now!
