I am looking for a low cost customizable help desk product. I want to initiate a customer support service and track calls and solutions. Web access would be cool but is not essential. I would like to be able to bill customers for support and to track the time of the call (duration including call-backs). I would like to be able to bill to a credit card number and check the card's validity like vendors do with 'Verifone' I would like to track serial numbers and determine whether customer has a current service contract or is paying by the minute or per call based on the serial number and bill accordingly. Rest of features are common to many support software offerings re: tracking, email, knowledgebase, etc. |
