Try looking at Monitor 24-7 Inc's IncidentMonitor product. It provides better client support, workflow capabilities, short configuration time and is scalable to 10's of thousands of users.
my company is looking at Incident Monitor also.....It looks to be the winner for us...I couldn't believe the how easy they said it was going to be to implement..they were right..we are piloting it now....
Try www.unipress.com. They have a product called FootPrints which has most of the same features as Magic, for a little less money. It's easy to customize and written in Perl rather than ASP.
