every body who have use any help desk ..
my boss ask me to make comparison and to give him a suggestion of what is the best help desk .
so, what is the main features that i have to look at an what is the best help desk that we can have

uptime (remotely hosted) is usable in ten minutes if you machines have net access, if not, try to keep it as light as possible, the more teams, sites, call categories, your boss wants reported on the more expensive its gonna get.

A few of our partners are familiar with the Cyracle Online Support software and recommened that we take a look. Is there anyone familiar with the their web-based eService and eTicket products?
