Let me start by saying great site! Okay, we are a small HD, supporting roughly 1500 users. We have had the ability to put a front end message on our phone system to alert callers of outages. Our new manager has done away with this because, "it has been my experience that this is not needed." My question is how to go about convincing him that this is a necessity. Along those lines include lower call times, less abandoned calls and lower call volume. Can you think of any others?? Thanks for the help! |
