Does anyone have any numbers on how scalable this product is? Can you provide me with any real world metrics from your environments.

Thanks

Jeff, here are some numbers from our environment.

We currently process the following:
- 100,000 tasks per month
- 30,000 requests per month
- 400,000 notifications
- support about 70 different companies with approximately 120,000 users mainly through the web, phone and E-mail interface
- 150 internal resources
- 350 business partners (external resources)

We support all of this on a clustered Dell 6450 (dual 700Mhz Xeon, 512Mb, RAID 1/0) for the database and two Dell 2550 (1Ghz, 256Mb, RAID 1) for the web/transaction servers. The dual web/transaction servers were for fault tolerance.

We have found the performance and response to be top notch. We actually started our installation on one of the dual proc Dell 2550 machines. When our client base quadrupled we simply bought the new database platform and relocated the database to the new box. We then added a second web/transaction server for extra fault tolerance.

We have been extremely happy with the stability and low care and feeding that this system requires.
