What I currently use MS Outlook to handle all my HD requests, and need something that is going to have some sort of in-box type que. What I want to be able to do is easily receive my help request vie and e-mail from my website, and have both that message and my techs response logged as the actual trouble ticket. At the same time the software needs to be able to log Phone requests as we'll be going that rout as well in the near future. Is there an effective, easy to implement solution. |
