Hi Y'all,

Is there someone out there who might recommened to me a good (easy to use) help desk software package that incorporates a bug tracking module. Cost is an issue and I am looking for something that is inexpensive, yet robust enough to handle a small to medium client base. Thanks.

Try ieSupportManager from www.ieComputerSystems.ie. It's competively priced and redefinable labels means that it can be changed to best suit your needs.
