Researching HD software Quote | Reply

Hi, I am new to the topic of HD software. Here I have identified 4 different categories, web-based, remotely hosted, etc.
In a PC Magazine article, I read about ePeople, Software911, TouchScape and am wondering how these compare. Do they fall into the Helpdesks.com categories or are they something completely different?
Any help on making sure I am comparing apples with apples would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

I'm not sure which categories the applications you mentioned fall into, but if your looking to evaluate a helpdesk package, you can download an evaluation copy of ieSupportManager from www.ieComputerSystems.ie

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. I've downloaded a few demos and will evaluate them.

We - as support provider - are looking for a tool which will be customizable in our customer's design and be accessible from his website. We will manage the FAQs and knowledge base "trees" and will receive the e-mail inquiries when the FAQs are insufficient to solve the problem.

So, there are three parties involved: support provider, manufacturer, and his customers.

I'm wondering is a web-based tool suitable or something like BridgeTrak with Windows/web functionality? SupportWizard seems to have the best reviews I've seen here...

Does anyone have experience with Dyna-Q, a program for making wizards?

Thanks for any input.
