Has anyone ever used Knowledbase.net? If so what do you think? I know it's very expensive but it looks exactly like it would fit our needs.

Any other suggestions for a knowledge base management software package?

In answer to your question re: Any other suggestions for a knowledge base management software package?, I can recommend ieSupportManager from www.ieComputerSystems.ie. It is a fully functional help desk with a knowledge base and a generous suite of reports. An evaluation copy of the software is available to download from the website. A web front end is currently in beta testing and is due for release in the coming weeks.

You may want to consider iKnow by Knowlix. It seems to be a great knowledge base manager.
