Based in UK I am intending to purchase a Helpdesk software and need to define my requirements, I would appreciate any help with defining exactly what is needed for a Helpdesk tool so that I can make comparisons between different software solutions. I work in the Media sector, supporting Sales / Finance / Operations / Design staff. Also, I am looking at Richmond ServiceDesk, Remedy, Blue Ocean Trackit and Sunrise Enterprise - does anyone have experience of these systems?
