Hello,
I'm a student on workplace and my assignment is to advise the company I work for what helpdesk program is best. Currently they are using SupportMagic 4.5 and they have an upgrade to 6.0 and to 7.0 but they didn't make te upgrade because there where some problems. The users have a couple of demands for the next program they are going to use. THis is the upgrade OR another program. Demands:
There has to be a connection to external documents ( is there a function for attachments?)
The external dcouments with secret information have to be not accesable for all the users.
are these demands possible in the 7.0 version?
