Hi, we don´t have any HelpDesk yet but we are analizing to get Track It so i wonder know if someone could give me your point of view about this product.

check out www.gwi.com if you want to look at newer technology then Trackit. Trackit is good, but aging, and who know what will happen now that Inituit owns it. There is not a good history of big companies purchasing helpdesk applications.
