Anyone know of a web based solution that is Active Dirctory Integrated? What I would like to do is store my user information...phone number, email, NT account, etc could integrate with the helpdesk. I do not want to have to setup users more than once.

Try www.severityone.com - I think active directory is available in version 2.

Applied Innovation Managements web based helpdesk integrates with Active Directory as well as Native LDAP. Using Active directory in conjunction with NT authentication would make it even simpler for users to log in and submit their requests.
