We are a small to medium size organization looking for a help desk package. Most customers are internal. We have a help desk staff of 6 that take incoming calls. The HD manager reviews the queue and assigns the calls to our techs (12 techs). One of the main requirements is PAGING. When a called is assigned to a tech we would like a message sent to their pager providing a desc of the problem, the user name and phone #. Email capablities would be nice as well as reporting. MS SQL platform is preferred but not a must. Budget is up to $3,000. There seems to be a ton of packages. Does anyone have any recommendations?
