I am using Windows 2000 Pro with HelpDesk 5.1.2 and very often when I unlock my station or close another application, I get a doctor Watson error saying

"The application, , generated an application error The error occurred on 08/06/2001 @ 12:33:03.755 The exception generated was c0000005 at address 780025B4"

It an Event ID 4097 in Even Viewer. I looked on Microsoft's web site, but nothing.

Do you have any idea.
