New Help Desk Project Quote | Reply

I have been given the task of finding a help desk and asset management solution for my company. We are a retail company with 150 stores, the biggest problem I am having is finding a solution that will allow me to track hardware at item level. Most solutions seem to allow tracking of workstations but not of the peripherals. Anybody know of a decent asset tracker that will allow me to track peripherals as well as workstation because I need fault histories on both.

Thanks for your time

Jay,

I think we can help. Check out www.gwi.com and look at our c.Support for MS Windows (.Net) application or, if you are a Lotus Notes shop, c.Support for Lotus Notes and Domino.

If I am understanding you needs correctly our asset management modules will let you track any asset and see the history of that asset either by itself or from trouble tickets.

You can call us at 360 397 1048.

Hi Jay,
Have a look at www.severityone.com - the new asset manager (intergrated with helpdesk) will suit your needs as it does ours.
Hope this helps.
