SupportWizard is an incredibly powerful help desk. I can be molded into whatever your company or small business needs. Here where I work we have made it look almost exactly like the rest of our intranet and it was very simple. We use it for everything: Tracking time spent on tickets, How often an error occurs ( to provide useful training to our users ), Work lists passed from the bosses to the managers, It does email reminders for tasks not completed, they( supportwizard ) has said that It will be able to receive emails and that email will submit a trouble ticket from that email( It might be available now with their new release ). What I like most about SupportWizard is that as the users visit the DYNAMIC FAQs if the answer to the FAQ they reading solves their issue it will move that answer up in the list making that one answer closer to the top for the next time it is Queried. All that being said ... there is so much MORE that I could say about SupportWizard..... but.... I will say..... THANKS SUPPORTWIZARD.... You have made my job easier as the Senior LAN Systems Administrator. |
