Not sure about the Top 10 places, however, AOL Member Services is headquartered in Herndon, VA, with call centers located in;

Albuquerque, NM
Jacksonville, FL
Ogden, UT
Oklahoma City, OK
Tucson, AZ
and The Philippines.

Each call center, while sharing the same mission, has developed a unique feel.

The Oklahoma City center employs more than 1,200 people and handles more than 60,000 calls and 8,000 to 10,000 pieces of mail each day.

Ogden, which employs more than 850 people, handles a range of technical, billing, third-party and sales calls.

Albuquerque, employing 1,200, is notable for the green reflective glass panes that cover the 67,000 square foot building. It is nicknamed "The Emerald City."

Jacksonville is the largest call center in the United States with a total of 1,600 employees.

Tucson employs 700 with a mix of full-time consultants, part-time employees and college students answering inquiries.

The Philippine call center based in the Province of Pampanga employs more than 850 people and is on the site of the former Clark Air Force Base, now known as the Clark Special Economic Zone.

Hope this helps some.
