We've benn running it for 3 years now, since the Magic Solutions product there loads to fix when the DNA browser based product was first released, so we never went for it at the time. We did move to version 6 and now version 7 and iIt's fantasic - we use it anywhere we can.. bugtracking, external support, HR. Started using other products from Network and so far so good. We still have a awesome engineer we contact when we have issues or need advice.
