TEN - The Employment Network, Inc. is an employment agency serving the Washington D.C.'s legal and IT community for the past 20 years. We focus our recruiting efforts on legal secretaries, paralegals, legal support staff and IT specialists. We are currently offering a position as a Help Desk Manager, who will supervise and manage activities of Help Desk staff, comprised of 5 Help Desk Specialists as well as Hardware Technicians and Trainers, must be able to build team and have extraordinary leadership and be customer service oriented.
The ideal candidate will have either a BA or MA degree, at least 5 years of legal and/or professional organization experience, with strong customer service and help desk supervisory background A MUST and have proficiency with Office 97, PCDocs, IManager and Windows 2000.
